Born & raised in Quebec's country side, Louis Blouin (real name) is a composer/interpret. Known as B TALL, he decided it was time for him to change the whole pattern without letting his fans down. He made plenty of shows in the province of quebec and also one in switzerland back in 2013. During winter 2014, he decided to write down a whole new project in British Columbia. There, Sabr was born.
